Francis Wanten, founder and shareholder of Hasco Invest, serves as the chairperson of the Board of Directors.
Stefan Baeten, general manager of Hasco Invest, has been active with the group since 2003. He supports the Business Unit Managers in their operational decisions and monitors the general organisation of the Hasco Invest group.
Dennis Edey, financial director of Hasco Invest, has been active with the group since 2005. He is responsible for Hasco Invest and its Business Units in the areas of Finance, Legal services and IT.
Walter Vankerckhoven, the commercial director of Hasco Invest, has been active with the group since 2004. He is responsible for the commercial strategy for Hasco Invest and its Business Units.
As Business Unit Manager for Liquid Fuels, David Delillio works with his team to ensure the business unit is a cost-conscious regional fuel supplier that offers clients maximum service and comfort.
Vestra follows up all aspects of construction processes and make appropriate adjustments. Their client-oriented approach, direct accessibility and short decision lines make Vestra flexible and viable. At Vestra, it is considered to be a point of honour to respect deadlines and budgets without compromising on quality.

Parc Logistique Hautrauge (PLH) is an industrial site in Hautrage that is undergoing rapid development. The site has a size of 25ha and is trimodally accessible (rail, road, water). This makes PLH the ideal location for the redevelopment into an industrial business park.

Encon takes responsibility for creating clear added value for its client companies throughout the course of projects. Through knowledge, experience and a pragmatic approach, visible results have been achieved for numerous Encon clients.
Together with my team we take care of the bookkeeping of the Climagroup and all its partners. We check and book the invoices, make the necessary entries in the financial and various diaries and deliver correct monthly and annual figures to our colleagues at Controlling. In addition, we answer all kinds of ad hoc questions from our partners.
Our Accounting department is there for all partners of Hasco Invest. We handle the purchase and sales invoices, check all incoming and outgoing payments, take care of quarterly returns, etc.
I ensure a successful integration of accounting for new entities in the Hasco family. In addition, I am actively looking for areas of improvement within the entire group for a more efficient operation of the administration and accounting departments.
Our Administration department handles all documents regarding commission notes, credit notes, excise duties, traffic fines, etc. We also take care of the fuel card administration. We mainly work for Comfort Energy and All-In Tank Service.
Our team is not only responsible for providing correct figures to our Business Unit Managers and the Board of Directors. We also provide insight into these figures and provide advice about actions to take on the basis of the figures and to implement cost savings, etc.
Together with the credit collection team, we ensure that all customer payments are followed up in a professional and customer-friendly manner. We are also responsible for the debt recovery of all the different partners within Hasco.

For the Accounting and Controlling departments we take care of both "compliance" and "business partnering". On the one hand, the provision of statistical information is required by law (VAT returns, annual accounts, corporate tax returns...) and, on the other hand, it enables Hasco Invest to take the right strategic decisions in an objective manner.
Within the HR department, our recruitment team is always looking for the most suitable person for each position by working with the companies to build a strong team that is ready for the future. Our payroll team ensures everyone receives the correct compensation and remuneration in a timely manner. Everything is done in accordance with our strategy.
Together with my team, we always keep Hasco Invest on the right track. We ensure legal matters are tackled, resolved and/or avoided without a hitch.
In consultation with the Business Unit Managers, I am outlining the strategic marketing policy and the positioning of each brand. Together with my team, we are now developing actions that fit within our strategy.
Our Purchasing department is responsible for all professional and high-quality purchases for Hasco Invest. For example, together with my team, I achieve economies of scale for all partners through framework agreements.
